By accessing or using SprintLedger, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
SprintLedger provides invoicing, billing, payment tracking, and business operations tools for service-based businesses. Some features are free; others require a paid subscription.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SprintLedger for unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful code, to abuse the platform, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Data and Content
You retain ownership of the data and content you upload. You grant us the right to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the platform for you.
7. Limitation of Liability
SprintLedger is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
